| Last March, ZIMEC became the first edition to be officially opened by a sitting President of the Republic of Zambia. His Excellency Hakainde Hichilema set out the national ambition of 3 million tonnes of copper a year, and two days of discussion between ministers, mining executives, investors and technology partners followed. |
