Says CDD. There is no doubt: The proposed law submitted by the Government to the Assembly of the Republic (AR) suffers from shortcomings that transform the dedicated account of the Sovereign Fund into a “slush fund”, without any clear and concrete commitment to economic and social development. It is in this context that the sovereign mission of parliamentarians emerges to ensure that the extensive work of consultation is asserted, including in this phase of postponing the debate in plenary, to ensure that the Law that will be approved reflects the expectations of Mozambicans.(CDD)
